BIO

Ms. Turteltaub is a founding partner of The Turteltaub Law Firm.  Her primary practice areas include construction, corporate governance, and corporate law.  

 

Prior to forming The Turteltaub Law Firm, Ms. Turteltaub was Deputy General Counsel for Skanska USA Building Inc. and Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. since 2004.  She served a year on an international assignment to Skanska AB, the global Swedish parent company during which she evaluated the causes of construction claims among the European and American business units and developed a Claims Management Policy to be implemented among all of the business units.  Her experience included providing strategic legal advice to management, managing claims and litigations, managing outside counsel and legal spending, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing corporate governance functions, and conducting training on a variety of legal topics including GDPR.  

 

Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Ms. Turteltaub was a construction and surety litigation attorney for law firms in New Jersey and Massachusetts.  Prior to a law career, Ms. Turteltaub was employed in the construction industry in Massachusetts and Texas, where she worked as a project planner, project engineer and estimator.
